Before You Book

  • Opening Times – Monday to Friday 07:30 am – 18:30 pm and on weekends 08:00 am – 18:00 pm. www.wildwags.co.uk
  • The last booking is 60 mins before closing time.
  • Payment is available via Stripe and Paypal on our website which services all major payment methods.
  • Cancellation – If the user(s) arrives late, the booking cannot be extended, and no refunds will be given. You can however exchange dates with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Parking – You can drive your car straight into our fields. If you choose to park on-site then you do so at your own risk and Wild Wags accept no responsibility for any loss/damages.
  • No more than 4 dogs per booking.
  • We love to welcome ALL breeds of dogs to our secure field because we believe ALL dogs deserve a tail wagging good time! Please adhere to any ‘breed’ specific rules set out by the government
  • There must be an adult aged 18 or over present at all times.
  • Dogs must be up to date with Vaccinations & Flea treatment.
  • Dogs must always wear a collar or harness and ID tag.
  • Abuse of any kind to an animal will not be tolerated.

Entrance / Exit Procedures

  • Please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes before your session start time as the dog that is in before you may be nervous or reactive and need some space.
  • Please ensure the gate is closed behind you once you have entered and close the gate behind you when you leave. This helps to ensure that no small animals enter.
  •  You can drive directly into our field and close the gate behind you. You may then remove your dog/s from the vehicle and lead them into the secure field. Please only park one car in the field. Parking is at your own risk.
  • Parking is available at our sites.
  • It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow enough time at the end of their session to get their dog(s) on lead and out of the field and to remove their car from the field before the next user is due.
  • Dogs must be on a lead when not in the secure field.
  • Please do not park your car in the parking area within the field until the previous user has exited.
  • Please be mindful of the seldom used Public Footpath (High Lane field) which leads along the driveway to this field. Do not obstruct this footpath.

During Your Visit

  • You are responsible for your dog(s) and those you bring with you.
  • Do not leave your dog(s) unattended.
  • Do not allow your dog to bark excessively.
  • Do not allow your dogs to dig – holes are a trip hazard and cause injury to both dogs and their owners!
  • Please do not interfere with the perimeter fencing.
  • Please be respectful of your surroundings.
  • Please clean up after your dog as soon as it has finished its business! Use the bin provided.
  • Please use the waste bags supplied on the perimeter fencing (Mostly by the gate)
  • No smoking in the dog field!
  •  We don’t mind you bringing your own food to enjoy however we do ask that you dispose of this off-site.
  • Do not enter if your dog is ill.

Our general rule is, please leave the field as you would expect to find it. If the site is not in a satisfactory state when you enter, please get in touch with us immediately.

Disclaimer

  • Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for their dog(s) If you have any concerns that the field may not be suitable for your dog(s) DO NOT ENTER.
  • You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dog(s) at all times.
  • You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s).
  • Wild Wags is not responsible for any damage or injury caused to your dog(s).

  • You are responsible for your own and your dog(s) safety.
  • The field is surrounded by fences approx. 2 metres high. Whilst steps have been taken to make this secure, we cannot guarantee that it is escape-proof. Wild Wags is not responsible for escapees.
  • The Wild Wags staff will inspect the field and fencing daily for maintenance purposes, however, please notify us if you have any concerns.
